well, I could not stand it, so I took my new cabin cruiser out that night. My friends talked me into it. I was SOOO scared. I normally do not take it out at night. Just got it in May so still very "funny" over it. If anyone saw it you could not miss it!! It's absolute a beautiful craft. Anyway, the fireworks from the deck were absolutely beautiful in Washington!! We all got home safely also!!

I was very disapointed with the Washington fireworks. There was several hundred people at Havens Garden park waiting for the fireworks and to our surprise we could not see them. I don't understand because for years we were able to see them very well from that location.

I have had many years to celebrate the 4th in NC, this is by far the most comfortable weather I remember. May all have a safe, wonderful holiday. Take time to remember & say thank you to the veterans that have made the "freedom day" possible. GOD BLESS THE USA.
