Indictments have been handed down in a year old arson case that destroyed a local automotive facility.
On Monday, two men were indicted by a grand jury in connection with the fire at Fulcher Tire Sales and Service.
Christopher West and Darell Beale were indicted on one count of burning a building used for trade along with multiple counts of breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods, larceny of a motor vehicle and conspiracy.
A third person, Boyd Hicks, is accused of working together with West and Beale to break into automotive businesses like Fulcher's during a three month period.
Hicks is charged with conspiracy.
On August 4, 2009, firefighters responded to Fulcher's on Memorial Boulevard.
The facility was destroyed and fire investigators ruled it as arson.
