Police Release Photo Of Walgreens Robber

Greenville police have released a surveillance photo of a man they say robbed a pharmacy over the weekend.

Police say the man walked into the Walgreens on South Memorial Drive around 12:30 a.m. Saturday morning, jumped over the counter and slammed the cash register on the floor, breaking it open.

Police say the robber grabbed the cash and made his getaway on a bicycle, heading north on Bancroft Avenue.

Police say the robber was a black man, 5'8" to 5'10" tall, weighing 160-170 pounds, approximately 30 years old and wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, a white bandanna and a dark hat.
