Also, in addition to my previous comment, let us observe that for as long as we in the United States do not discover and develop alternative energy sources, we are filling up the wallets of rich arabs who fund terrorism. Using gasoline pays for terrorism. People on bicycles are true living models for an American. People don't think about it this way, but it is true. The real voting booth, is the gas pump.

I agree with you Biker. Cycling lanes are a good idea that keeps many people safer. Joggers, cyclists, runners, walkers, all sorts of people could enjoy a safe lane for them. Let's just hope the drivers can stay in their lane.

I'm so tired of seeing Biker's comments on bike lanes being added on every single road built. I'm pretty sure he/she was complaining when a bike lane was added on the 264 Washington Bypass.

Some people have no other option but to get around in those "oil addicted" cars.

I sure hope that they remember to make it a complete street this time and include painting the bike lanes on it that they forgot on Firetower Rd. It is time we make the roads safe for all users not just the oil addicted cars.
