Teenagers Break Into Youth Community Center

Vandals broke into a Youth Community Center over the weekend creating close to four hundred dollars worth of damage.

Workers at the Building Hope Community Life Center in Greenville came in on Monday and found a classroom spray painted with profanity and a some of their bikes missing.

But despite the invasion, the center sees this as a cry for help not a malicious act.

Though they say they want vandals to pay for the damage, the director says he sees this as an opportunity to reach out and give them some hope.

Police say three juveniles were arrested on Monday and charged with possession of stolen goods and breaking and entering.

I guess now they'll have to call it the "Re-Building Hope" Community Life Center. But truly...is there any hope for someone that does this?
