Going for the gold was the theme at Tie Breakers in Greenville Sunday Night.
And although the event was not an olympic contest it's goal was just as big if not bigger.
It was the second annual Going For The Gold event at the popular restaurant. A silent action was held and many things were on display including a lot of sports memorabilia.
Plenty of people signed up and the money raised benefits the American Cancer Society and the Relay For Life of Pitt County. This is an event that comes up this spring.
Last year Tie Breakers raised $4,500, and this year the group is hoping to top $7,000.
The Relay for Life in Pitt County takes place April 23. For more details, click here.
