Greenville Police Hand Out Honors

The men and women who risk their lives every day to help those in need were recognized Tuesday for their hard work and dedication.

Several Greenville police officers, staff and citizens gathered inside city hall and were rewarded for their outstanding service in the community. Chief William Anderson says it's important to honor those who make a difference in the community.

Anderson says those who received the awards were chosen by their peers-- so that makes the award that much more special.

This isn't a story. This is a tip to go to a another TV station or the reflector web page to read the story!

GREAT Story! So ... who was honored? What were they honored for? Surely your reporter asked some questions and got more details than this. This story is not honoring those men and women in blue.
