D.A.R.E. Officer Court Appearance Delayed

There is another delay in the case of a Pitt County deputy sheriff who is accused of supplying wine to someone who is not old enough to legally drink.

Pitt County Sheriff's Deputy Amanda Tyndall was arrested in September. The SBI says Tyndall, a dare officer, allegedly supplied wine to someone under 21-years-old at The Breakers in Greenville.

Tyndall was due in court Tuesday, but her case was continued.

After Tyndall's arrest Pitt County Sheriff Mac Manning said that no action would be taken against the deputy at the time.

to sick of this...oh if they only knew right? if only the public actually KNEW what kind of girls were trashing tyndall the way they are...then it would finally be understood by all exactly what is going on here. Dont worry though...i have faith that very, very soon...all of this will come to light :)

FLY is right - this is nothing but a smear campaign. If you knew anything about the other girls involved it would become oh so clear that this is BS.

I would like to know who the officer is that witnessed this incident and filed the charges. Didn't they say that the girl in question actually drank from the glass when the off-duty officer had turned her back to do something ? If they were going to charge someone , why wasn't it the minor girl for underage drinking ? This smells of defamation, or at the least, some sort of set-up. I hope that when and if the charges are disposed of, Officer Tyndall goes after those responsible in civil or criminal court. Whichever is appropriate. She should also be reinstated to the position she had prior to this incident.

Who cares, who cares, who cares. Get rid of her. When she took the job she should watch herself ALL THE TIME. NOT just on the clock. Too young to do the job or just too dumb?
