People, People, People, the mayor is talking about "AWARENESS", no one said it was the primary crime in EC, however it is an international problem especially when it comes to kids. The primary word here is "AWARENESS".

Maybe the reason it's being proclaimed an awareness month is because of your lack of awareness? Just a thought there. It affects people in the entire nation, really. Kind of an odd statement for you to say there are "more important crimes" going on. There's a reason America's Most Wanted has spent so many years putting info out there to ALL in the nation, not just limiting it to one small region. A network of info is far more effective at bridling crime.

I agree. I mean really??? human trafficking??? I didn't know that was such a huge problem in PITT County. SARCASM here! I would think that there are a lot more important crimes going on than "human trafficking" in our county.

Pat, I don't remember any statements from you condeming the acorn scandal. What about that? Oh, I forgot; anything negative tied to the messiah is off limits for discussion.

How about proclaiming a war on crime in Greenville mayor? Don't suspect human trafficing is a huge issue here but the out-of-sight crime is in our faces every day. Open your eyes mayor and do something constructive.
