to Meh: Meh, simply being in college does not give ANYONE the right to "do what they want to!" That being said, however, simply being outside at any hour does not constitute rationalization/justification for being shot at nor does that, in itself, mean they were breaking the law (provided, of course, they were not breaking any curfews--details of which I do not know).

Some parents probably think, I did the same thing so what could happen. Wake up parents Its not the 80's anymore. You can't drop your kids off at the mall anymore. The world is changing and all people care about is themselves. I don't even feel safe sending my kids to school! Look out for your kids even if they don't want you too. No one else will I promise.

A 24 hour laundry mat is the only thing open at that time in that area. Were they walking home from work? If so more power to them. Otherwise why were they there?

lol@"Evil doesn't like the light". Was that part of he/she/it's online dating questionnaire? "Hi. I'm Evil." Question 1: Do you like the light? A: No.

Face it...in this day and time with everything open 24/7, 330am is no different than 330pm except for darkness outside. I will admit that when it's dark it's easier for evil to do it's bidding. Evil doesn't like the light...the light shows the truth.
