Sexual Assault Reported At PCC

Campus police and the SBI are investigating the report of a sexual assault at Pitt Community College.

The college tells WITN News that it happened around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday outside the Fulford Building in a staff parking lot.

The female student was reportedly sexually assaulted by an unknown attacker.

PCC administrators Wednesday morning issued an alert through its campus notification system.

No arrests have been made and anyone with information on the assault should call PCC police at 252-493-7777.
