Ready To Shop 'Til You Drop!

Despite the winds and the cold rain early this morning, many brave, bargain-hunting souls-- camped out at the local Best Buy in Greenville to be the first ones to get the hottest gifts for Christmas.

Hundreds of people bundled up and lined up around the building. Some folks pitched a tent early Thursday morning to get the top spot. 12 year old Josh Smith says he and his dad waited 12 hours for one special present.

Josh Smith says he wanted an HP Laptop that sells for $2000, but was on sell at Best Buy for $600.

Best Buy hopes these kinds of Black Friday sales will get customers in the door even in a tough economy.

Several stores like Kmart, Target and Walmart also offered door busting deals which brought lines out for the sales.

Actually it was a very calm and organized BF this year. Even the midnight sale at Toys R Us was good. Walmart in greenville had tons of extra security and cops and it was very pleasant to go too! People actually had a brain this year LOL.
