Dozens of business owners got a chance to showcase their products and services at the 6th Annual Minority Expo.
The expo served as a networking event for business owners to connect with other small businesses and hear advice from larger companies.
The WITN sponsered event was held at the Boys and Girls Club in Winterville and lasted from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Organizers say no business is too small to participate.
"As a solo entrepreneur, I knew that I needed to be here because I do 99% of what I do online. I really wanted to know what was in the community,
and it's just been a great experience between the minority business organizations, the other entrepreneurs," said one participant.
The event also included representatives from several organizations to sought to inform the public about their cause.
