How many of you were actually there? I don't won't to see if and I heard. Hearsay plain and simple. Stop making acusations without any evidence.

Dont worry, if he did it he will get the death penalty. In America, you dont kill a white person and walk free. If he had done this on the other end of 5th street he would have not even been a suspect. So if he did it; he is good as cooked. If he had killed my family I would have wanted him cooked as well!!

Maybe they are looking for "the real killer"-ugh...If he made racist remarks about white people prior to killing two innocent people who were white, then It sounds like a "hate crime" to me!

Anonymous at 1:39PM.He got kicked out becuase he was being a complete DOLT! From my understanding he made racial statements towards whites threating them after he got kick out of the bar. There was not a crowd standing there when he went on his shooting spree. If there were it would surely have been more people killed.Classic case of RACISM plain and simple.

He took 2 lives indescriminantly and should be punished with nothing less than the death penalty. If this was a white guy that killed two blacks, it would most definately be labled a "hate crime".

It's not a hate crime because he did not target a particular group based on race/ethnicity/religion. He shot randomly into a crowd where ANYONE could have been killed.....I think because it was such a random killing (senseless) he will be prosecuted with harsher penalities.
