PCC Planning For Growth

The Pitt Community College Board of Trustees approved a facility master plan that officials say will guide campus growth during the next 10 years.

The plan's seven phases call for more than 382,000 square feet in construction, additions and renovations for the college.

Officials say the construction is all about better serving their students, including getting rid of many trailers.

The projected cost of the plan is $60.3 million.
