A Greenville man is recovering after police say he was shot in his front yard late Tuesday night.
Lee Perkins told police he was in the front yard of his Arthur Street home and heard gunshots. Perkins was hit in the arm.
Police say the 53-year-old man did not report the shooting for approximately 30 minutes. His injuries are non-life threatening.
The victim was unable to provide police with a description of the shooter or a vehicle they may have been in.
