Complain all you want folks, but remember, elections are around the corner and if you vote for the same old council, you're gonna get the same old crime rate....If you really want to change things, vote for ANYONE BUT THE INCUMBENT....UNTIL we quit complaining and DO something, keep expecting the same robberies and violence from the lowlifes who know that the Chief only pats their hands and tells them not to do it anymore....His officers would love to do something about these thugs but are gagged & bound by his do-nothing policies...Help them out by electing officials who will get them a leader they can work for and respect.....DON'T FORGET TO VOTE!!

All of you who think the GPD officers aren't doing a good job.... go try to do it for a day or so! I am so sick and tired of everyone bad talking the police officers in Greenville. When you need something, you except them to be there for you but there is CONSTANT put down the rest of the time. TruthBTold...they can only do so much! Why don't you fill out the paperwork and do a ride along? See what kind of crap they have to deal with everyday! When they do have to use any kind of force, they have to be put through an investigation. What do you expect them to do? James...the doughnut jokes get old too and I am not even a police officer! Go through BLET and become an officer THEN tell me about the overpaid do nothings! There are thugs everywhere and all the police can do is arrest them... the courts keep letting them out!

Dave: Did you ever look up the crime rate in your future city- Pittsburgh? It is NOT a pretty picture at all and compares poorly to Greenville and other areas nationwide. Remember, before you make ridiculous assumptions, they call it crime RATE (based on % of population) for a reason. You might be going from the frying pan to the fire, lol.

I bet that if Bat Man lived in Greenville, the crime would certainly stop!

GPD and their Chief are all a bunch of overpaid do nothings. They are the reason why the thugs have control of the city.
