FluCare Clinic Opening In Greenville

Think you have the flu? There’s a facility opening up Monday, just for you.

University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina is opening FluCare Monday. FluCare is a walk-in clinic for adults and children, ages six and older, who need attention for flu symptoms.

Some of the symptoms may include fever (above 100 degrees), cough, sore throat, body aches, chills, and fatigue, among others. FluCare is not an emergency room. If your symptoms are severe call 911 and proceed to the hospital.

The clinic will be at 600 Medical Drive in Greenville. It's open from 5 to 9 each weekday evening, and from 1 to 5 on weekends.

For more information call 252-847-9988.

to nurse - Watch the national news. We need to get a head start on identifying and treatment of the Flu virus. I am very proud to see PCMH being a leader again with this program. Don't worry about after the need has expired. Each time our hospital provides services to the community, it proves we are on the leading edge. I remember "People Care More Here". This program proves that we still do.
