Greenville Apartment Complex Robbed

An apartment complex popular for college students was the site of an armed robbery early Friday morning.

Police responded to 1920 Exchange Drive at the landing apartments in Greenville after three people reported being robbed at gunpoint.

Police say the suspect got away with a hundred dollars in cash, three cell phones and a laptop computer. One of the victims was taken to Pitt County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

My children lived there for 2 years. Management stinks and doesn't care about the wellbeing of their tenants. I pointed out to the company that bought this complex the trail of blood leading from the parking lot up the steps, blood spatters on the walls of blding 3 where my children use to live. They were unconcerned. It was nothing for gun shots, stabbings and for gang related incidences to occur with frequency. The security gate that stayed broken most of the time was a joke as was their on site security. I moved my daughters out because of the safety issues..This is not suprising..This apartment complex is all about money and nothing else. Don't rent at this place if you want a safe environment for your children. I questioned about the gun shots and stabbings and management denied any knowledge of it. If your children live there, get them some pepper spray...they will probably need it
