The building, owned by C & K Enterprises, was vacant.

This is the fourth arson of a Greenville business in as many months.

The fire happened at the corner of Clark Street and Dickinson Avenue in Greenville. Captain Calvin Horne with Greenville Fire-Rescue says the call came in shortly before one this morning. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I RODE BY THE NIGHT CLUB ON N.GREEN ST TO SEE THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO SECURE IT TO KEEP VAGRANTS OUT. THE PROPERTY IS JUST AS ACCESABLE AS IT WAS BEFORE THE FIRE. WHAT ARE THEY WAITING ON SOMEONE TO FINISH IT OFF.

Doctors say people set a fire just to watch it burn. It's a thrill for the person setting the fire & then watching their work. SO SAD. Thank God nobody was hurt in this latest fire. Yes,the city of Greenville should burn the old , abandoned buildings down to prevent any future damage or death.

First the old tabacco warehouse behind this building burns down, and now this building. Something fishy is going on. Rumor is that the owners of the old tabacco warehouse that burned down have plans to construct student condos or some type of residential housing on that same land? Let's see if anything else mysteriously burns down and if inquiries are made to purchase the land.

Wonder when this will make the national news. Greenville, NC has an arsonist, but if they're like the rest of the idiot criminals around here, they'll get caught soon. Even if someone is paying them to do it.

Nina, that might not be such a bad thing. The city would be doing itself a favor if they let GFD burn some of these abandoned buildings in Greenville down.

It seems someone is burning that side of town down one building at a time. It will be a desert before long.
