Fire investigators now say a fire that damaged a building in Greenville is considered arson.
Investigators tell WITN News that the fire at the corner of Clark Street and Dickinson Avenue had several points of origin.
The building, owned by C & K Enterprises, was vacant.
This is the fourth arson of a Greenville business in as many months.
A fire in Greenville at what appears to be an abandoned building is under investigation this Tuesday morning.
The fire happened at the corner of Clark Street and Dickinson Avenue in Greenville. Captain Calvin Horne with Greenville Fire-Rescue says the call came in shortly before one this morning. Horne says the building appeared abandoned, but that there was some new construction going on. Horne says his crews managed to contain the flames before spreading to other businesses. The sign on the building said C&K Enterprises, a glass installation company. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
