Farmers Market At ECU

ECU students who had lunch on campus Thursday got a fresh surprise.

ECU held a farmers market at the bottom of college hill and at Todd Dining Hall. They had around thirty vendors that sold produce, beef and flowers.

Organizers see the event as a way for students to recognize where their food is coming from.

The main goal was simply to get students to eat healthier.

This is great! I wish ECU did this while I was in school there. I hope the students and the community take advante of it!

You two clowns make ECU students look like neurologists. By the way, ECU has those, too.

It's about time some of these fat college students put down the beer and start eating fruits and vegetables.
