Nick may be right. Anyone not at the town commons should turn their lights out and wait to ambush these punks in their homes. Citizens could make a very large dent in Gville's crime problem in just one night by taking out the trash.

Proud Pirate.. Nice post. Some like to stir the pot, while others try to see something positive. I expect it will always be that way, but what can you do? Anyway, cannot wait until home opener. ASU is a good team, but Skip will have their minds right, and ready to play ball.

Seriously, 'debbie downers'~ keep your comments to yourselves! This event is in commemoration of many tragic events that have occurred in our communities over the past several years. This is a great opportunity to bring together many people that would otherwise not be doing so. Not to mention, it helps shine a softer light on law enforcement. Come out and join in on the community fun! And let's work together building a stronger community and not tearing it down!

And while the police are down at the Town Commons, the crooks will be out running the neighborhoods. Happens every year.

Will the cops be the only one's armed? I wonder how many robberies and burglaries happen when the cops and so many good citizens have their vigil turned off.
