A Greenville man is dead and a woman is behind bars for his murder.

Wilson County deputies say Charlie Jordan was found shot early Saturday morning on Highway 301 North. The 26-year-old man died at Wil-Med Hospital.

Several hours later deputies arrested Juanita Foye at her home on First Street in Wilson. She's been charged with murder and discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle. The 26-year-old woman is being held without bond.

Deputies say the two were acquaintances, but they have yet to determine a motive for the murder.

A check with the Department of Correction web site shows Foye has been arrested in the past for larceny, possession of a weapon on campus and simple assault. Those previous charges were from Lenoir County where she received community service and probation.

Wilson County deputies were assisted in their murder investigation by Wilson police.

I don't know either Roc or Juanita but what I do know,is when two people is fighting.Whomever exacalate the fight by getting a knife, gun whatever..deserves 2 be in jail..no matter what.they exacalated the fight by getting something more powerful, then the fist.Theirs, other options.Like 9.1.1..duck the fist and run..i don't know, something besides killing the man..why not shotting him in the leg,he couldnt of ran after her then. You are innocent until proven guilty,so lets not judge 2 much until the everything come out, please.if she did do this.justice will prevail..

This is truly a devistating time for everyone.I was reading some of the comments&people need to keep "PERSONAL" opinions about this situation to themselves.Alot of people are hurting, especially his Family&close Friends."JUSTICE WILL BE DONE" "ROC" lived, and his death wasn't in vain,More than 30 People gave their lives to JESUS,at his HomeGoing Celebration. Instead of worrying about what happened&etc,"PRAY" for yourself&his Family. His Family reads these comments&if you can't think of anything to help uplift their burden, please don't comment. For anyone who reads this message, don't worry about what happened&etc, Turn to PSALM 23RD and you will find comfort, joy&peace by reading that passage. Rest In Paradise,Roc Your Memory will FOREVER live! """"JOHN DEERE"""""""

I am sorry that this guy has passed away. I am saying prayers for his children, mother of his children, and his other family and friends. For Juanita; I used to work with her, and she was always funny, friendly, and a great person to work with. My point to all of this is, I do not know if Juanita committed the crime or not. There may be circumstances to this, that we do not know about yet. I can imagine that she is not too comfortable right now, with what she is about to face. To Stewert from Williamston: I do not agree with you at all. It has nothing to do with "putting a klan guy out of work." Whether it is black or white "folks" committing a crime, they need to pay for what they have done, if proven guilty. Black AND white "folks" need to do something about it, not just any particular race. Grow up, Stewert..and recognize all the efforts that people have made to get along...
