Hollywood Actress Returns To ECU

A hollywood actress is returning to her alma mater in Greenville Tuesday.

Beth Grant has appeared in more than 70 feature films including "Little Miss Sunshine" and "No Country for Old Men." Grant's career started behind the scenes of ECU's School of Theatre and Dance. She was the lead role one time during her college years.

Grant will take part in a public forum in Greenville Tuesday that gives the audience a chance to ask grant questions about her career and the entertainment industry.

The event at 12 p.m. Tuesday at Greenville's Sheppard Memorial Library is free.

I don't remember her in those new movies, but I do know she was in Rain Man, playing a mother with a houseful of kids. It was her house that Hoffman and Tom Cruise were trying to get into to watch the People's Court (two minutes to Wapner).
