No Students Hurt In School Bus Accident

No students were hurt in a school bus accident.

It happened Wednesday morning around 8:15 a.m. on McLawhorn Farm Road, outside of Greenville and involved bus number 335 from D.H. Conley High School.

School spokeswoman Heather Mayo tells WITN News that 30 students were on the bus when it turned onto McLawhorn Farm Road. She says the bus collided with a car at the intersection.

The driver of the car was taken to the hospital, while all the students were okay.

Mayo says it's possible the bus may have made a too wide of a turn, and struck the car. The accident remains under investigation.

Maybe the car was to far over and in the way of the bus

I believe it means the bus may have turned too wide and collided with the car.

WITN, do you mean the bus struck the car in your last paragraph to this story?
