11 People Displaced After Greenville Apartment Fire

The American Red Cross is assisting 11 people after several Greenville apartments were damaged in a fire Saturday afternoon.

Firefighters responded to an apartment fire on Caldwell Court around 4 p.m. When they got there they found heavy smoke and fire in the second story apartment.

Fire officials say the bedroom of that apartment received major damage, along with the attic. Several other units received water damage. No one was injured.

Fire officials say the cause of the fire is undetermined.
