Greenville Team Eliminated From Babe Ruth World Series

(Monticello, Arkansas) -- The road to the 13-15 year old Babe Ruth World Series ended on Thursday night for the Greenville All-Stars with an 11-3 loss to North Syracuse, New York.

Greenville collected only five hits and committed four errors but it was a nine run 4th inning by North Syracuse that proved to be the difference in the game.

Greenville finished the World Series with a 3-2 record.

    Greenville actually won 4 games at the wrld series. Tough night guys but you represented greenville and eastern nc very well. Congrats on a top 4 finsh in the nation.
