ECU Dorms Get Renovations

Next week many ECU students will be moving back into on campus housing, and school officials say it has been a last minute push to get all these details complete.

Director of Housing operations at ECU, Aaron Lucier said this has been one of the most ambitious summers as far as how many renovations they planned to get done before students get back.

He said in Fletcher and Tyler Halls, many bathrooms were completely renovated, along with new doors, and furniture.

Then after a year and two summers of being closed, Scott will reopen to students with all new rooms, paint, and bathrooms this school year.

He says this is a very exciting time for students to live on campus.

School officials say luckily everything is set to open on time for students next week.

Dave forgot to mention that schools like Clemson ranked 334, Purdue 362, and NC State 360. The list ranked UNC-Wilmington above all of these schools. The list is a joke if UNCW is ranked above any of those schools. So actually look at the list and use your brain before you speak. I can put out a list if I wanted too. Doesn't mean anything. Are you trying to tell me that these schools are that low. Yo uare crazy and the list is bougus.

They are trying to compete with the apartment complexes. Maybe ECU should put a huge outdoor pool at the bottom of College Hill. Bottom line is a dorm is a safe place to rest your head on a pillow in between studies, working, and socializing.

ECU is in a nasty part of Greenville. Well, on the other hand, all of Greenville is nasty.

All of ENC would be on welfare if it wasn't for ECU and the military bases here. Folks that live in the Greenville area need to remember that the next time they want to bash ECU. You may not get paid by the university directly, but you can best believe you wouldn't make the income you do if it wasn't here.

Yep Moderators Nightmare, if you mean the welfare slums and dregs of society. But Henderson doesn't have anything good going for it like ECU and the fine medical center associted with it. Henderson will never be more than a worthless welfare blight.

Take my word, in a year the dorm will look like it did before they spent all that money on it, students don't care what they do to the rooms

Were it not for ECU, Greenville would return to the worn out welfare town it is.

I wish Dave would go back from wherever he came. He's a very bitter and sad person.
