Due to a problem with one of its vessels, the N.C. Department of Transportation Ferry Division has canceled several departures on the Pamlico Sound routes Sunday.
The following departures will not take place Sunday: The 7 a.m. run from Swan Quarter to Ocracoke; The 10 a.m. run from Ocracoke to Cedar Island; The 1 p.m. from Cedar Island to Ocracoke; and The 4 p.m. run from Ocracoke to Swan Quarter.
