Man Died Swimming On Outer Banks
A Pennsylvania man has died while swimming in the Atlantic Ocean in North Carolina.
The Nags Head Fire Department says 46-year-old Robert Forrest of Exton, Pa.., was reported missing by family members late Tuesday morning. Forrest had been swimming in the ocean.
The Coast Guard and Dare County Emergency Medical Services found his body in the water nearly three hours later. Forrest was taken to The Outer Banks Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The cause of death is still under investigation.
