A man in Dare County faces 12 counts of indecent liberties with a minor. The sheriff's office says 51-year-old Charles Brewer the second of Roanoke Island was indicted this week after getting a report from social services. Investigators say two juvenile victims reported Brewer took indecent liberties with them this summer. His bond was set at $90,000.
