Paving work on Memorial Dr. in Jacksonville near the Onslow Memorial Hospital may cause traffic back-ups.
The work will begin Friday and continue through Tuesday.
The city said access to the hospital for emergency vehicles and the public will remain open.
Jacksonville city officials said drivers should plan extra time for expected back-ups.
