Some residents in the Bear Creek area of Onslow county will lose water for some time Wednesday, and when you get it back, you'll have to boil your water.
The area affected includes Great Neck Landing Rd. between Shell Rock Landing and Pirate Island Drive. The water interruptions will happen between 9 am and 3 pm. Once the water's back on, you'll have to boil it for at least 24 hours.
We'll keep you posted on the timing of all this. This is all the result of crews upgrading a water line for the Bluffs at Starling Point.
