Why arrest anyone? The head shops have tobacco retailers and inspectors in the store all the time. The state is letting the stores get up and running, then shut it down???? Don't be so niece, we all know why these head shops are here. Is it just coincidence all the store host are Muslim??? You might as well waste my taxes on kids huffing gas too.

Why outlaw plants. People want to smoke this stuff let them. Why is it we have to create more ways to lock people up? Legalize Marijuana. Why not? Tax it to death. Treat it just like alcohol. Don't smoke or drink and drive. Let the stoners say home and I'll invest in Doritos.

They shouldn't be selling it. Spice is illegal all over north carolina.
