An Onslow County man previously arrested for sex crimes involving a teen has been arrested again on similar charges involving a 10-year-old.
The Onslow County Sheriff's Office charged 39-year-old Jeffrey Burgard of Midway Park with raping and sexually assaulting the child in 2004. In January 2008 he was arrested for indecent liberties and sexual battery of a 13-year old. His bond is set at 120,000.
