A Maryland based barbeque restaurant has made its way to the east.
Mission BBQ is opening its ninth location in Jacksonville Monday.
Delectable foods people can enjoy include Texas Inspired Beef Brisket and Mission's very own North Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich.
Mission BBQ said it intends to expand and has a targeted goal of opening 40 restaurants throughout the Mid-Atlantic by 2018.
Doors will open immediately following a ribbon cutting ceremony 12 p.m. at Mission BBQ's new Jacksonville location on 1638 Western Boulevard.
Mission BBQ has restaurants in four states so far, including our state, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
