Man Arrested After Stealing From Onslow Co. Trailer, Tearing It Down

Onslow County Deputies say they've got their man days after he allegedly stole from a family then destroyed the storage trailer where he found all the goods.

Deputies say Daniel England II left major damage behind at a trailer used to store old family heirlooms after fire burned the original home to the ground nearly 30 years ago.

Deputies say over the past week or so, England stole all the items out of the trailer then came back to demolish it. England was caught this morning near the southwest area of Onslow County. While his victim feels safer now that he's caught, she's still frustrated.

"Go get a job. Go get an honest... thieving is one thing, but to completely tear down is something else," said Cindy Linton Levasseur.

Lintin Levasseur says among the things she hopes to get back is a three generation brass bed.

This looks like agressive anger, built up over time, then released.
