The Marine Corps is investigating a landing of an MV-22 Osprey behind a local church.
New River Air Station officials say the MV-22 Osprey made a "precautionary landing" Thursday night in an empty field behind Discovery Church and Fast Freddy's on Lejeune Boulevard. That's according to the Jacksonville Daily News, which reports there were no injuries during the landing, and the aircraft was not damaged.
