A Jacksonville man with a history of sex crime convictions is back in jail and will face a judge Tuesday morning.
Danny Mann Jr., 33, has been arrested and charged with a felony count of sex offender being on the same premises as a child.
According to the Jacksonville Daily News, Mann was in the parking lot of Northwoods Park Middle School in Jacksonville on July 24.
Mann's convictions date back to 2002 for instances such as drug crimes. His sex offense crimes began in 2005 with charges including sexual battery.
Online records show Mann is being held at the Onslow County Jail. He will be making his first court appearance Tuesday morning.
