A woman and her car ended up inside a Jacksonville jewelry store this afternoon.

It happened around 1:00 p.m. at Brynn Marr Jewelers on Western Boulevard.

The vehicle, which had a handicapped license plate, was almost completely inside the store showroom, taking out a large window next to the front doors.

Police charged 67-year-old Connie Maides of Maysville with failure to reduce speed to avoid a collision. Maides was not hurt, nor was anyone in the store injured.
