Katrina Parker, a native of Holly Ridge in Onslow County, was selected Monday night to continue on the NBC show "The Voice."
Parker, whose Facebook page says she now lives in Los Angeles, was selected by Adam Levine during the blind auditions.
Parker says she plays piano and her music genre is melodramatic indie pop.
