Four months after a fire killed an Onslow County man and authorities have finally released the victim's name.
Onslow County deputies say Robert Rochelle was killed in the January 22nd fire on Creative Lane outside of Jacksonville.
Deputies had to use DNA from the victim to make the identification since the body was burned beyond the point of visible recognition.
That DNA confirmation was made at the Marshall University Forensic Science Center.
The 32-year-old man's death certificate listed his cause of death as smoke inhalation, and accidental due to the mobile home fire.
Authorities have not said what started the fire.
