An Onslow County man will make his first court appearance Monday for attempted first degree sex offense with a minor and burglary.
Seth Frazier, 27, of Sneads Ferry, was charged Friday. He is accused of breaking into an occupied home on Ollie Marine Rd. and attempting a sex offense with a girl under age 16. That is according to the Jacksonville Daily News.
In 2008, Frazier served 11 months in Onslow County for indecent liberties with a child, according to the North Carolina Department of Correction.
