Couple Charged In Weekend Robbery & Assault

A couple has been charged with attacking and robbing a man this past weekend.

Patricia Miller and Daniel Moore, both of Maple Hill, are charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Onslow County deputies say the victim, who was hospitalized for his injuries, was able to identify his attackers. The two were arrested Wednesday and deputies say both Miller & Moore deny being involved with the robbery and assault.

The pair were placed in jail on $12,000 secured bonds.

    You just never know what happened until the court date is set. This could have been a drug related incident. If somebody was fronted a large supply of drugs (thousands of dollars worth) then spent the money they were suppose to pay the supplier after selling a large part of the get the picture. Somebody put a whoopin' on them for not paying! If this was the case, they're lucky to be alive. Drug are unhealthy... especially if you don't pay your supplier! lol
