Man Who Led Deputies To Wife's Body Pleads Not Guilty

A man who deputies say led them to his wife's shallow grave last year has pleaded not guilty to her murder.

Soyer Moll is accused of strangling his wife, Virginia, and burying her body in the backyard of their Onslow County home. The woman was reported missing by her sister on November 1st.

In court Friday, an assistant district attorney told the judge there were no aggravating circumstances to warrant the death penalty. Moll's next court date is March 22nd.

How is it that he led police to where the body was buried, in his yard, but he's pleading not guilty? I also think that death by strangulation takes a good bit of time to accompish. From those that are in law enforcement, it is said to be a crime of passion/hate b/c you have to watch the person die that you are manually cutting off air supply from. Fighting from lack of O2 is quite fierce, natural body reaction. If she hit him while he was killing her, does that = no death penalty b/c she got a few licks in too? SICK! He meant to kill her, hid her body, and left it to another to report her missing...= 1st degree murder. RIGHT? Death penalty should be in his future! And that doesn't mean 30 years from now, that means that "if" he's found guilty and gets the death penalty, then he should walk to the left/right and accept responsibilty of ending the life of another. Saves us $ on all the appeals. I'm sure I've offended someone, ohh well.

Figures. Will probably say, "she made me do it." Or will pull the insanity plea. PUT HIM UNDER THE JAIL.

Could someone please elaborate? "aggravating circumstances"...what does this mean? On another note: This young man looks like a bully! Unless his eyes have been sewn shut, he's obviously a mean person. Scary!
