The former Camp Lejeune Marine accused of killing his wife pleaded not guilty in an arraignment Wednesday.

An autopsy says the Marine wife, who was found strangled to death by police, was lying naked in her bed -- it also says Richardson confessed to killing his wife with a belt, and then leaving her body in the apartment for two days.

A very sad story. Unfortunately I'm sure the investigation is ongoing, I wonder if PTSD was at all a factor or if it was a domestic dispute that got out of control. In my time in the Marine Corps, I discouraged my Marines from getting married so young. You're just not ready to make that kind of a life-altering decision when you're 20 or 21.
