Concern Over Contaminated Water Gets National Attention

The concern over contaminated water at Camp Lejeune is getting national exposure Friday Night. One marine talks to CNN about how he developed breast cancer and blames the drinking water on the base for causing it.

The story highlights marines who lived on base from the 1960's through the 80's, who now say due to high levels of toxic chemicals in the water, developed serious illnesses, like cancer. Marines were featured Thursday night as well. The series continues tonight at 8PM on CNN.

What about the civil service employees who worked at Camp Lejeune during that same time period and have gotten cancer. The firefighters used to refill their drinking water at Tarawa Terrace.
