Big brother will be watching you with a few more sets of eyes -- or cameras - the next time you step foot into the two courthouses in Onslow County
It's one of the only counties in the east where you don't have to walk thru a metal detector or get screened walking in the door. But that will soon change with $40,000 worth of security upgrades, including cameras, access cards, limited public access to hallways and doors.
Sheriff Ed Brown says these improvements are a long time coming.
The new security upgrades should be installed in the next 30 to 45 days. The improvements were paid for by county allocated funds.
