New Job For Former Jacksonville City Manager

Former Jacksonville city manager Kristoff Bauer has a new job as assistant city manager in Fayetteville.

Bauer started the job Monday and is one of two assistant managers.

Bauer was fired during a closed session of a city council meeting back in June. No details have been released yet as to why he was terminated.

Bauer was making just over $140,000 in Jacksonville. The Fayetteville Observer says Bauer is now making around $125,000.

well it looks I was right when I said kristoff was trying to get fired and had a new job already lined up. I know he will be making 15,000 less a year but I wouldnt doubt he will be city manager of fayetville within 2 years. With the money he got because Jacksonville fired him he must be sitting pretty nice right now. A smart but shady man he is.
