The third man charged with beating and then gutting a homeless man with a broken beer bottle has pleaded guilty in court.
Jason Blackmon was the last of three to plead guilty for the murder of Mike Kozak last summer.
Blackmon pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder and conspiracy to commit first degree murder.
He will spend at least 37-1/2 years in prison for the murder.
In April Dustin Newcome pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder and was sentenced to 24-29 years in prison. Two months before that Jay Oldaker also pleaded guilty in return for his testimony. He is still awaiting sentencing.
Kozak was beaten over the head with a pipe and tree limb, and then gutted with a broken beer bottle at at homeless camp in Jacksonville.
His attorney told the judge that Blackmon was dared by one of the others to cut the victim's stomach open and pull his intestines out.
