There are two more cases of swine flu confirmed in Onslow County, the latest cases at Camp Lejeune.
The two cases are Marines which are part of a reserve unit on base.
"The Marines who have symptoms of the virus have been isolated and housed in quarters separate from others," says Onslow County Health Director George O'Daniel.
Onslow County had the state's first outbreak of swine flu, and now has a total of four cases.
The state health department says North Carolina now has 39 confirmed cases. Craven County has the most cases with eight, followed by New Hanover with five, and then Onslow with four.
